Every body can help the planet

Earthly Remains Canberra aims to make a lasting, positive impact on our environment in the Canberra community and beyond. Our advocacy, initiatives and activities are designed to catalyze true transformation. But above all, respect and dignity is the heart and soul of everything that we do.

About Us

Here at Earthly Remains Canberra, we are driven to do our part in making the world a better place. By demanding a cultural change in how we deal with death we are working hard to protect and enrich the environment and to contribute to the cycle of life.

We want to see an innovation in the way we dispose of bodies. Land is finite and burial is too expensive for most Australians.  As a result people are more and more turning to cremation, however cremation uses fossil fuels and emits toxins and greenhouse gasses.  So we are advocating for and pioneering a form of natural organic reduction (also known as recompose, return home, human bioreclamation and human composting).

Are you ready to join us and create real transformation?
